Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a ClaimCircle subscription without contacting support.

How to cancel

Sign in on the ClaimCircle account page, select Cancel subscription, and confirm. You may also open Paddle billing from the ClaimCircle extension.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the current billing period. You retain paid access until the effective date shown in your account or Paddle confirmation.

Renewal charges

After cancellation takes effect, the subscription does not renew. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge.

Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and contact instructions.
