ClaimCircle Refund Policy

Current Payment Status
ClaimCircle is exploring a prospective $10/month Plus plan, but no payment gateway is currently set up and paid subscriptions are not currently available through this website.
Future Refund Window
If ClaimCircle launches paid subscriptions later, refund terms will be shown before purchase. The expected refund window is 7 days from an initial charge, provided the account has not used a substantial portion of the paid monthly quota.
Service Issues
If a future paid version launches and ClaimCircle is materially unavailable or a billing error occurs, contact support. We may issue a refund, credit, or other correction depending on the circumstances.
Non-Refundable Cases
Future refunds may be declined for accounts that violate the Terms of Service, abuse quotas, automate requests, resell access, or repeatedly subscribe and refund to avoid payment.
How to Request a Refund
If paid subscriptions launch later, contact the publisher using the support email listed on the ClaimCircle Chrome Web Store listing. Include the account email used for ClaimCircle, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
Processing
Future approved refunds would be processed through the original payment provider. Bank and card processing times may vary.
