ClaimCircle Terms of Service

Effective date: June 18, 2026

Overview

ClaimCircle provides a Chrome extension and related website that help users request evidence-based checks for claims visible on webpages. By using ClaimCircle, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

ClaimCircle lets users intentionally circle a post, paragraph, image, or visible content area. The service processes selected content and returns an evidence-aid result that may include a verdict, confidence score, explanation, and source links.

Not Professional Advice

ClaimCircle is an evidence aid, not a professional, legal, medical, financial, or journalistic authority. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for independently evaluating important decisions.

Accounts and Quotas

Some features require signing in. Free and paid quotas may be enforced by account. You agree not to abuse, bypass, automate, resell, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

Prospective Paid Plan

ClaimCircle is exploring a prospective ClaimCircle Plus plan at $10 per month for roughly 150-200 claim checks per month. This is not an active paid subscription offer yet. No payment gateway is currently set up, and ClaimCircle is not currently collecting subscription payments through this website.

Payments

Because paid subscriptions are still being explored, users are not currently charged on this website. If ClaimCircle launches paid billing later, checkout terms, recurring billing details, taxes, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds

There are currently no active ClaimCircle subscription renewals to cancel through this website. Future paid purchases, if launched, will be handled under the Refund Policy.

User Content

You are responsible for the content you choose to check. Do not intentionally submit content you do not have permission to process, confidential information, illegal material, or sensitive personal information.

Availability

ClaimCircle may be unavailable due to maintenance, browser platform changes, third-party provider issues, rate limits, or network restrictions. We may modify or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Privacy

Our handling of user data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Contact

For support, billing, privacy, or account questions, contact the publisher using the contact email listed on the ClaimCircle Chrome Web Store listing.
